Description: updates MaxMind's databases of IP-to-country/region/city
 This program will check for monthly updates to MaxMind's "lite"
 databases.  A cron script is included to check daily for updates.
 The program will download, decompress, and install the databases you
 specify.  This program is similar to the geoipupdate program in the
 geoip-bin package which checks for updates to their non-free
 databases.  MaxMind offer free databases from the following location:

 There is a "country" database that maps IP address to country code
 and a "city" database that also maps to region and city.
